For history enthusiasts, this is also Hatfield-McCoy feud territory, with the infamous Paw-Paw tree incident just a short drive away.

The property features a spacious gravel parking lot, providing ample room for trucks, trailers, and side-by-sides, with easy access directly off WV-49. Conveniently located across three sets of train tracks, entering and exiting the property is simple and hassle-free.

This thoughtfully remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed with trail riders in mind, offering all the comforts of home. Please note that stairs lead to the main living level. Each bedroom features blackout curtains, queen-sized beds with luxury linens, and extra pillows and blankets for ultimate comfort. Both bathrooms are located on the main floor, with fresh linens provided for your stay.

After a day on the trails, unwind in one of two spacious living rooms—perfect for your group to relax and recharge. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and even a selection of spices, ensuring you have everything needed to prepare your favorite meals. A laundry room is also available for your convenience.
